This notice explains how Tru Leaf International LLC, of Miami, Florida (“Tru Leaf”, “we”, “us”), handles personal information collected through this website. You can reach us at distributors@
2. What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us through the distributor inquiry form:
- your name and company;
- your email address and, if you give it, your phone number;
- your city and state;
- the product families you are interested in; and
- anything you write in the message box.
We do not ask for payment details, and the site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. [Confirm this is still true before launch.]
3. Why we use it
We use these details to reply to your inquiry and to assess whether we can work together as supplier and distributor. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
4. Who handles it for us
The form is processed by our website host, [hosting and form provider, for example Netlify, Inc.], which stores each submission and forwards it to us by email. It acts on our behalf, under its own security and privacy terms. We do not share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
We keep inquiry details for [retention period, for example 24 months] after our last contact with you, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by writing to distributors@
7. Age
This site is intended only for adults aged 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe someone under 21 has sent us their details, contact us and we will delete them.
8. Information stored in your browser
When you confirm your age, the site keeps a small record in your own browser so you are not asked again for [30] days. It stays on your device, does not identify you and is not sent to us. The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts a Google server when a page loads.
9. Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection, and we limit who can see inquiries. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
